Using the app
You may use Sparkle Color for personal, lawful entertainment. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the app evolves.
Virtual items and purchases
Diamonds, tools, and other virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are used only within the app. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Product contents and prices are shown by the App Store at purchase time.
Custom artwork
You must have the rights or permission to use images you select. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. Custom-art generation may contain errors and is provided for gameplay.
